Our Vision

JAG-NM believes we should be the go-to solution among New Mexico educators and policymakers for closing the equity gaps in education, graduating students most at risk of dropping out, and preparing graduates to thrive in college, career, and life. 

What is JAG?

JAG is a unique, evidence-based program designed to equip young people with the skills and experiences they need to succeed beyond high school. At the core of JAG & JAG-NM is a dedicated team of specialists who work closely with students, guiding them through career exploration, skill development, and the transition into the workforce or higher education.

 

JAG’s approach blends academic support with real-world application, offering everything from resume writing workshops to hands-on job training and mentorship opportunities.

 

In New Mexico, JAG-NM collaborates with schools, businesses, and community organizations to create a comprehensive support network that helps students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
