The New Mexico Career Association (NMCA) helps members explore career pathways, plan for further education, and connect with professionals in their fields. Operating like a student government, NMCA builds leadership skills and prepares members for civic engagement and workforce success.
Modeled after the JAG National Career Association, NMCA offers opportunities to gain knowledge, develop essential skills, and prepare for employment and advancement.
