
Out-of-School Program
JAG-NM’s Out-of-School (OOS) Program supports young adults ages 16–24 who are not currently enrolled in school and need help figuring out their next steps.

Participants work with a JAG Specialist to explore career and education options, build skills, and move toward employment, training, or continued education.

WE PROVIDE

1:1 support from a JAG Specialist to set goals and build a plan

GED/HSE and education pathway support (based on your goals)

Career exploration and job-readiness support (resume, applications, interview prep)

Connections to local resources that can help remove barriers

Ongoing encouragement and accountability as you take next steps

We schedule a conversation about your goals & walk you though registration
Meet your new Specialist for your first one on one session
Build a plan for your education, training, and/or employment goals
Start taking next steps with ongoing support from your specialist & other OOS youth plus one on one check-ins
